Empires of the Fallen World is our first title — Age of Empires meets an open-world survival sim. It's in design; here's the shape of what we're building.
From one survivor to an empire
You arrive alone and have to build shelter before the first night kills you. From there it grows:
- Recruit and protect mortal NPC villagers — a workforce, not respawning pawns.
- Raise a settlement from a lone camp into a stronghold that can hold a border.
- Advance the ages — Stone → Iron → Castle → Gunpowder.
- Command in first person — train an army and lead it from the front.
- Fight for territory in a persistent, open-PvP world that never resets.
One persistent world
It plays out on a geographically-real Western Europe at 1:50 scale — a single living continent where borders are drawn by the players who hold them.
It's all in design right now — vision, not shipped features — and it's built entirely on our own AI-native engine. We'll share more as it comes together.
